Join us and Stanford Law School for a talk with Daniel Leader, a partner at Leigh Day, which is one of the leading law firms in the world representing plaintiffs in transnational human rights and environmental cases against multinational corporations. Daniel will discuss his litigation against Shell on behalf of of clients in Nigeria regarding pollution there. In February they won a very important judgment in the UK Supreme Court.
