Each weekly class will feature a different health expert in their field. Join us on a journey through sex and gender, sports medicine, family planning, psychiatry, menopause, cardiology, effects of climate changes, trans and non-binary issues in clinical research, and more. Ideal for those wishing to dive deeper into lesser known issues impacting the health of women. There are no course prerequisites, but biomedical and statistical terminology and articles may be referenced or assigned as readings. At the end of this course, students will have a broader understanding of current knowledge, challenges and future research needs to address the health concerns of women today.
